摘  要:目的总结小儿误服经消化道吸收中毒的护理特点,并提出健康宣教方案。方法对本院急诊科2019年1月—2019年12月接收的85例经消化道吸收中毒患儿进行研究,抽取43例进行常规护理,列为参照组;另42例进行综合护理干预,并对家长进行系统的健康宣教,列为研究组,观察患儿预后情况及心理状态。结果预后情况:研究组轻、中度占比100.00%,高于参照组83.72%,差异显著(P<0.05);护理后,两组改良耶鲁术前焦虑量表(the modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale,m-YPAS)评分、儿童状态—特质焦虑问卷(state-trait anxiety inventory of children,STAIC)评分均有所下降,且研究组下降程度大于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对误服经消化道吸收中毒的患儿进行洗胃、用药、病情观察、体位、心理、饮食及系统的健康宣教有助于改善患儿的心理状态,促进患儿的预后。Objective To summarize the nursing features in food poisoning children via digestive tract absorption and put forward the corresponding health education schemes.Methods 85 food poisoning children via digestive tract absorption(January 2019 to December 2019)in emergency department were investigated.Children were assigned to reference group(n=43,routine nursing)and study group(n=42,comprehensive nursing interventions and systematic health education for family members).Treatment prognosis and mental states were observed.Results Proportion of mild and moderate prognosis cases in the study group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of reference group(83.72%)(P<0.05);after intervention,the modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale(m-YPAS)and state-trait anxiety inventory of children(STAIC)scores for two groups were reduced,but the descent degree in the study group was even larger than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Children’s mental state and treatment prognosis may be substantially improved through gastric lavage,medications,disease observation,position,mentality,dieting and systematic health education.
