摘　　要：腹腔镜手术因具有微创性,术后恢复快,缩短住院时间,目前已经被广大患者所接受。经脐单孔腹腔镜(laparoendoscopic single-site,LESS)是利用人体天然瘢痕进入器械进行手术的操作,其是基于自然腔道内镜手术(natural orifice transumbilical endoscopic surgery,NOTES)的理念发展起来的腹腔镜术式。但由于LESS手术,需特殊器械,费用高,导致其无法在基层医院推广。针对这一情况,结合基层医院的现状,采用有限的器械及材料,自制改良简易的单孔腹腔镜设备,完成妇科手术应运而生。该文旨在探讨自制简易单孔腹腔镜设备在基层医院良性肿瘤中应用的研究进展。Laparoscopic surgery is accepted by the majority of patients due to its minimally invasive nature,fast postoperative recovery and shortened hospital stay.The laparoendoscopic single-site(LESS)is a surgical operation that uses natural scars to enter the instrument,which is based on the development of the concept of natural orifice transumbilical endoscopic surgery(NOTES)laparoscopic surgery.However,because LESS surgery requires special equipment and high cost,it cannot be widely promoted in primary hospitals.In response to this situation,combined with the current situation of primary hospitals,using limited equipment and materials,self-made and improved simple single-hole laparoscopic equipment,complete gynecological surgery came into being.This article aims to discuss the research progress of self-made simple single-hole laparoscopic equipment in benign tumors in primary hospitals.
