摘  要:本文以WC-15%Co-1.1%Cr3C2(质量分数,下同)硬质合金为研究对象,通过抗弯强度、硬度、密度、钴磁、矫顽磁力、电化学极化曲线测试以及扫描电镜观察,研究了采用不同总碳含量原料制备的硬质合金的力学性能及其在中性、碱性溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:WC-15%Co-1.1%Cr3C2硬质合金的矫顽磁力、硬度、密度均随碳含量的增加而减小;合金的钴磁随碳含量的增加而增大;合金抗弯强度随碳含量的升高先增加后下降,在碳含量为5.27%、相对磁饱和为80%左右时抗弯强度最大,可达3650 MPa。在pH=7的Na2SO4溶液中,WC-15%Co-1.1%Cr3C2硬质合金主要发生粘结相Co的选择性溶解,碳含量越低,腐蚀电位越高,耐腐蚀性越好。在pH=9~10的碱性磨削液中,碳含量的变化对WC-15%Co-1.1%Cr3C2合金的腐蚀行为没有明显影响。The properties and corrosion behavior of WC-15%Co-1.1%Cr3C2(mass fraction,the same below)alloy in neutral and alkaline solutions with different total carbon contents was studied by means of bending strength,hardness,density,cobalt magnetism,coercive force,electrochemical polarization curve test and scanning electron microscopy observation.The results show that the coercive force,hardness and density of WC-15%Co-1.1%Cr3C2 cemented carbide decreased with the increase of carbon content.The cobalt magnetism of cemented carbide increases with the increase of carbon content.The bending strength of WC-15%Co-1.1%Cr3C2 cemented carbide increased at first and then decreased with the increase of carbon content and reached the maximum value(3650 MPa)when the total carbon content was 5.27%and the relative magnetic saturation was 80%.In Na2SO4 solution with pH=10~11,the selective dissolution of binding phase Co mainly occurs in WC-15%Co-1.1%Cr3C2 cemented carbide.The lower the carbon content,the higher the corrosion potential and the better the corrosion resistance.In grinding fluid with pH=9~10,the change of carbon content has no obvious effect on the corrosion behavior of WC-15%Co-1.1%Cr3C2 cemented carbide.
