摘　　要：本文根据现有文献,概述美国建设认知友善机构的实践经验,提出了认知友善机构建设的逻辑框架,并用来分析国内建设认知友善医院和养老机构的案例。在医院和长期养老机构里面,采用多种方法来改善认知症患者的物理环境和社会人文环境,让认知症患者享有以人为本的医疗护理和生活照料,是建设认知友善机构的核心。This study proposed a logical model for building dementia friendly agencies based on the synthesis of existing literature and current practice in the U.S.A.The framework is applied in case analyses of hospitals and nursing homes in China.In hospital and long-term care settings,improving physical and social environment so that patients with dementia can receive person-centered medical and personal care is the key to dementia friendly agency construction.
