分时段日督查模式在武汉方舱医院护理质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:构建有效的方舱医院护理质量督查模式,保障患者安全。方法:成立联合护理部,制定方舱医院护理质量管理标准,组织每日分时段护理督查,从过程全面监控护理质量。结果:通过分时段每日督查,条目未落实率从最初的46.43%下降至0.07%,出院患者满意度从96.07%上升至99.44%,护理不良事件发生例数为0。结论:分时段日督查模式能使护理工作达到同质化,及时有效解决方舱医院护理质量问题,有效提升质量与患者安全。Objective:To construct an effective nursing administration model in Fangcang hospitals to ensure patients'safety.Methods:We established the joint nursing department,formulated the nursing quality management standards in Fangcang hospitals,and organized the time-segmented supervision method in different periods during the day,therefore to comprehensively monitor the nursing care quality through the process.Results:Through time-segmented supervision by a joint nursing effort,the rate of unimplemented items was decreased from the initial 46.43%to 0.07%,and the satisfaction rate was increased from 96.07%to 99.44%among patients who were discharged from the hospitals.The number of reported nursing adverse events was zero.Conclusion:The time-segmented nursing administration model through joint nursing during the day can realize the homogenization of nursing related works,promptly and effectively solve the nursing quality issues in Fangcang hospitals,therefore improve the quality of nursing and patients'safety efficiently.
