摘　　要：目的:设计ARDS患者俯卧位通气实施核查单并应用于临床。方法:通过查阅文献和临床模拟,设计ARDS患者俯卧位通气实施核查单,将核查单应用于ICU行俯卧位通气治疗的ARDS患者中,比较该核查单使用前后俯卧位通气相关并发症发生率及俯卧位通气持续时间。结果:使用ARDS患者俯卧位通气实施核查单后,导管滑脱发生率由52.9%降至10.5%,压力性损伤发生率由41.2%降至5.3%,俯卧位通气平均持续时间延长。结论:将ARDS患者俯卧位通气实施核查单应用于行俯卧位通气治疗的ARDS患者中,可有效减少俯卧位通气相关并发症发生率,促进俯卧位通气的实施,延长俯卧位通气平均持续时间,增加俯卧位通气效果,使操作过程规范化,实施管理同质化。Objective:To design and apply a Prone Position Ventilation(PPV)implementation checklist for patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome(ARDS).Methods:Based on literature review and clinical simulation,an implementation checklist for PPV was developed for patients with ARDS,which was applied to patients who required PPV in ICU.Following a pretest and posttest method,the rate of complications and the duration of PPV were compared before and after the application of the checklist.Results:After implementation of the PPV checklist,catheter slippage rate decreased from 52.9%to 10.5%,pressure injury rate decreased from 41.2%to 5.3%in patients with ARDS,and the average duration of prone position ventilation increased.Conclusion:Application of PPV checklist in patients with ARDS requiring PPV can effectively reduce the incidence of complications associated with ventilation,promote PPV,prolong average duration on ventilation and increase the effect of ventilation in prone position.This study demonstrated that the PPV checklist we developed is beneficial in standardizing the operational procedures and ensuring consistency in implementation management.
