不同艾叶资源的出绒率及其有效成分比较研究

摘　　要：【目的】对从不同产地引种至湖北蕲春种植的艾叶资源品质及特点进行研究,为选择适宜艾叶资源推广种植和艾新品种选育提供参考。【方法】将湖北蕲春及其周边4个地区采集的10种艾叶资源的种苗引种到湖北蕲春蕲艾种植基地进行种植,在采收期对各资源出绒率、总挥发油含量、黄酮及酚酸类成分含量、矿质元素含量进行测定分析。【结果】不同艾叶资源在出绒率、总挥发油含量、黄酮及酚酸类成分含量、矿质元素含量上差异明显。蕲春艾的总挥发油和黄酮及酚酸类成分含量相对较高,南阳艾和襄阳艾的出绒率及矿质元素含量相对较高;同样来源于蕲春的6种蕲艾差异较大,出绒率是雨湖艾、漕河艾、蕲州香艾较高,挥发油含量最高为蕲州香艾,黄酮及酚酸类成分含量最高为洪咀七尖艾的。【结论】来源于蕲春及其周边4个产区的艾叶资源内在品质差异较大,应根据不同来源艾叶的品质特性结合市场需要选择适宜的品种进行推广种植。【Objective】The present paper introduced Artemisia argyi from different production areas to Qichun county of Hubei province and studied the quality and characteristics of the leaves of Artemisia argyi,to provide guidance for their reasonable planting and breeding for different varieties.【Method】We collected 10 batches of Artemisia argyi Seedlings from Qichun county and its 4 surrounding areas,introduced the seedlings to the planting base in Qichun county.During the harvesting period,we compared their quality indexes including the output rate of moxa,the total volatile oil content,the flavonoids and phenolic acid components content and the mineral element content.【Result】There were significant differences in the output rate of moxa,total volatile oil content,flavonoid and phenolic acid content and mineral element content in different Artemisia argyi varieties.The leaves of Artemisia argyi from Qichun county had higher content of total volatile oil,flavonoids and phenolic acid,and which from Nanyang City and Xiangyang city had higher output rate of maxa and mineral element content.The 6 batches from Qichun county were quite different,the leaves of Artemisia argyi from Yuhu town,Caohe town and Qizhou town had higher output rate of moxa,the Artemisia argyi leaves from Qizhou town had higher content of total volatile oil,the leaves of Artemisia argyi leaves from Hongju town had higher content of flavonoids and phenolic acid.【Conclusion】The quality of Artemisia argyi from Qichun county and its 4 surrounding areas were quite different,suitable Artemisia argyi varieties should be selected for promotion and cultivation according to the quality characteristics and the needs of the market.
