摘 要:为了优化管制学习实践课程的时间设置,设计了以场景变化为控制变量的单因素管制模拟机实验,使用回归分析方法和靴值分析方法分析实验数据,通过分别建立的不同理论下的参数与工作负荷的回归模型,对比模型的预测性能并选择出了预测性能最好的2个评估变量,构建可以代替主观量表的学员工作负荷评估的模型,使用管制学员工作负荷模型评估了在相同绩效表现下的学员管制负荷,最终选择出了更优的管制课程的时间和模式设置方式。In order to optimize the setting of the regulatory practical learning course,this paper took the scenery changes as control variables,the single factor control stimulation experiment was designed.The experiment data was analyzed by regression method and Bootstrap analysis method.After that,the regression model of every single variable based on different theories was built,and the top two evaluation variables with the best prediction ability were selected after comparing the prediction performance of different models.Moreover,a workload assessment model for students which can replace subjective scale was founded.Based on this model,the controller students'workload was assessed on the condition that they have similar performance quality.Finally,a better way to set controllers'course unit and the mode was selected.
