摘  要:为了配合基础医学整合实验教学的改革,依托基础医学国家级实验教学示范中心,以培养创新型、复合型人才为目标,对青年实验技术人员进行能力提升和整合。通过鼓励实验技术人员学习理论知识、进行规范化操作培训、安排高年资技术人员做指导教师、开展技术培训等多种形式,提升青年技术人员的专业能力。全面发挥实验技术人员的专业优势,参与并完成综合、设计性实验前准备、实验中指导和实验课后互动的教学任务,从而进一步提高整合实验课程的教学质量,培养学生的综合运用和研究探索的能力。In order to correspond with the reform of the integrated experimental teaching of basic medicine,and to cultivate innovative and compound talents,the young experimental technicians were trained to promote and integrate their overall ability relying on the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Basic Medicine.They enhanced their professional capacity in several ways:acquiring the theoretical knowledge,learning from senior technicians,being trained for standardized operation and techniques.To further improve the teaching quality of the integrated experimental courses,and cultivate students’ability of comprehensive application and exploration,experimental technicians should comprehensively improve their professional levels,participate in the preparation and instruction of the comprehensive and designed experiments.
