科技金融对区域绿色创新效率提升的人力资本门槛效应研究

摘　　要：后发大国的区域差异性决定着区域绿色创新效率的异质性,而科技金融与人力资本是区域绿色创新效率的关键影响因素。通过选取中国大陆30个省市区2008—2017年的面板数据,分析我国区域绿色创新效率水平及其空间演化特征,并从人力资本视角探讨科技金融对区域绿色创新的影响效应,挖掘绿色创新效率的关键影响因素及其作用机理。结果显示,各省份绿色创新效率水平提升幅度较大,但整体仍处于中低水平,区域异质性特征显著;科技金融对区域绿色创新效率具有显著影响,且存在基于人力资本的双重门槛效应,科技金融对区域绿色创新效率的正向促进作用是以人力资本水平达到阈值水平为前提;科技金融对区域绿色创新效率存在正向空间溢出效应,人力资本水平越高的地区科技金融的正向促进作用越显著。Science and technology finance and human capital are the key factors affecting the efficiency of regional green innovation in the later developing country.It is of great significance to clarify the effects of these two factors on the construction of a new mechanism to improve the performance of regional green innovation.By selecting the panel data of 30 provinces from 2008 to 2017 to analyze the efficiency level and spatial evolution characteristics of regional green innovation in China,and discusses the influence effect of science and technology finance on regional green innovation from the perspective of human capital,and explores the key influencing factors and mechanism of green innovation efficiency.The results show that:During the study period,the efficiency of green innovation in China’s provinces has been significantly improved,but the overall level is still at a low and medium level,and the regional heterogeneity is significant.There is a double threshold effect in the process of human capital’s influence on regional green innovation efficiency.Only when human capital reaches the threshold level can it stimulate the positive promotion effect of science and technology finance on regional green innovation efficiency.Sci-tech finance has positive spatial spillover effect on regional green innovation efficiency,and its promotion effect is more significant in regions with high human capital level.
