摘　　要：A型肉毒素(BTX-A)作为一种能引起肌肉萎缩的神经毒素,因其良好的安全性和可靠性,除了在整形美容领域被广泛应用外,近年来,BTX-A的非美容性应用也日益增多。它不仅具有镇痛作用,能降低腺体(如唾液腺、汗腺)的分泌功能,且治疗效果还具有可逆性,因此其在颌面部可被用于治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病、颞下颌关节脱位、夜磨牙、流涎等。但目前具体机制尚不清楚,缺乏统一的注射标准和疗效评估方案,未来需大样本量的前瞻性研究来进一步证实BTX-A在颌面部非美容性应用的治疗效果。As a neurotoxin,botulinum toxin type A(BTX-A)can lead to muscle weakness,because of its good safety and reliability,it has been increasingly applied in non-cosmetic field besides the surgery and cosmetic application in recent years.It not only has analgesic action,but also can inhibit the secretion of salivary gland and sweat gland,andits therapeutic effect is reversible.Therefore,BTX-A can be used to treat temporomandibular disorders,temporomandibular joint dislocation,bruxism,sialorrhoea etc.However,the specific mechanisms are still unclear,and there are no injection criterion or evaluation scheme,which needs a large number of prospective studies to further confirm the therapeutic effect of BTX-A in non-cosmetic maxillofacial application in the future.
