摘　　要：专利分析层级和伴随而来的知识产权竞争情报无疑增加了企业的竞争优势。更具体地说,知识产权竞争情报突出了专利技术的知识产权风险,提供了专利组合基准、竞争对手技术监控以及技术商业化预测。本文定义了由战略意图驱动的专利层级和知识产权竞争情报框架,提出了定量统计分析,定性分析了人的智力对知识产权竞争情报的形成具有重要作用,并以氢燃料电池专利为例,描述不同层级专利分析带来的知识产权创造和应用价值。Patent analysis levels and the accompanying intellectual property competition intelligence undoubtedly increase the competitive advantages of enterprises.More specifically,the intellectual property competition intelligence highlights the intellectual property risk of patent technology,provides the benchmark of patent portfolio,monitors the technology of competitors and predicts the commercialization of technology.This paper defines the patent level and intellectual property competition intelligence framework driven by strategic intention,puts forward quantitative statistical analysis and uses qualitative strategy to show that human intelligence play an important role in the formation of intellectual property competition intelligence,and takes the patent of hydrogen fuel cell as an example,describes the intellectual property creation and application value brought by different levels of patent analysis.
