摘　　要：稿源是高校学报生存和发展的基础,组稿是学报出版流程的首要环节,也是学报编辑的一项常态化工作。因此,提高学报编辑的组稿能力具有十分重要的意义。本文从阐述提高学报编辑组稿能力的必要性入手,分析了组稿能力的内涵,提出了提高学报编辑组稿能力的途径。The source of contribution is the key to the development of university journal.The top priority of a university journal is to solicit contributions,which is the routine work of journal editors.Thus,the improvement of their abilities to solicit contributions is of great importance.Beginning with the importance of enhancing journal editors’capacity for soliciting contributions,this paper analyses the concept of the ability of soliciting contribution,and puts forward the approaches to enhancing journal editors’capacity for soliciting contributions.
