摘 要:设计、合成了一种具有三芳基咪唑结构的新型比色荧光探针2-羟基-3-(4,5-二苯基-1 H-咪唑-2-基)-5-甲基苯甲醛(TPI-MSA),并通过1H NMR、高分辨质谱对其结构进行了表征。利用紫外-吸收光谱和荧光光谱考察主体探针TPI-MSA的阴离子识别性能。利用Job’s曲线方法和核磁滴定方法,推测探针与CN-可能作用机理。实验结果表明探针TPI-MSA与CN-可能发生氢键作用,在乙醇中对CN-具有比色和荧光双重响应。加入CN-后溶液颜色由无色变黄色,519 nm处荧光发射峰淬灭,深绿色荧光消失。与其它阴离子相比,主体探针对CN-具有良好选择性、抗干扰性和灵敏性,对CN-荧光检测限达到2.4×10^-8 mol·L^-1。A novel colorimetric and fluorescent probe 2-hydroxyl-3-(4,5-diphenyl-1 H-imidazol-2-yl)-5-methyl benzaldehyde(TPI-MSA)with triphenylimidazole structure was designed and synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR and high resolution mass spectroscopy.The UV-vis and fluorescence spectra were used to investigate the anion recognition characteristics of host probe TPI-MSA.The recognition mechanism of the probe and cyanide was proved by Job’s plot and 1H NMR titration methods.The results showed that by possible H-bond interaction the probe TPI-MSA had a dual colorimetric and fluorescent response to CN^- in ethanol.After adding CN^-,the solution colour would change from colorless to yellow and the fluorescence emission peak quenching and dark green fluorescence disappearing.Compared with other anions,the host probe also had good selectivity,anti-interference capability and sensitivity to CN^-.Its fluorescent LOD was up to 2.4×10^-8 mol·L^-1.
