摘  要:本文将一种单螺环咪唑磺酸盐离子液体阻燃剂[Pmim]Tos应用在水性聚氨酯(WPU)中,制备了一系列阻燃水性聚氨酯WPU/[Pmim]Toss。阻燃性能测试结果显示,在仅6 wt%的阻燃剂添加量下,阻燃水性聚氨酯的氧指数(LOI)值达到27.2%,垂直燃烧级别为V-0;其峰值热释放速率(pHRR)、总热释放(THR)、总烟释放(TSR)得到了大幅降低,分别降低了29.0%,48.8%和44.4%。[Pmim]Tos的加入不会破坏阻燃水性聚氨酯的电化学稳定性,热稳定性和透明性;还起到较强的增塑作用,提高材料断裂伸长率。A water-soluble ionic liquid,1-pentaerythritol phosphate-3-methylimidazole p-toluenesulfonate([Pmim]Tos)is mixed with the WPU dispersions to prepare a series of flame-retardant WPUs(WPU/[Pmim]Toss).The addition of the ionic liquid flame retardant endows WPU/[Pmim]Toss with excellent flame retardancy at a low content(max 6.0 wt%).Specifically,WPU/[Pmim]Tos 6 passes the V-0 rating of the UL-94 vertical burning test and its LOI value reaches 27.2%.Compared with WPU-0(the virgin sample),its pHRR,THR and TSR in the cone calorimeter test are decreased by 29.0%,48.8%and 44.4%,respectively.Moreover,the comprehensive performances including the electrochemical stability,thermal stability and transparency,are well maintained.Besides,[Pmim]Tos has a strong plasticizing effect on WPU,resulting in the increase of the elongation at break.
