摘 要:近年来的研究发现,肺气肿和气道壁增厚与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的肺功能和生活质量下降,急性加重率和死亡率升高等显著相关。因此开展了大量针对COPD患者及肺功能正常吸烟者关于肺气肿和气道壁增厚情况的研究。受试者行胸部CT检查后,将图像导入分析软件,定量测量基于全肺像素CT直方图上第15百分位点对应的CT值等的肺气肿情况和基于管腔周长为10 mm的气道的管壁截面积平方根等的气道壁增厚情况,并分析肺气肿和气道壁增厚的程度、分布、所占比例以及与临床的相关性,从而协助COPD的早期诊断、指导临床治疗方案的选择、评估患者的病情和预后情况等。有助于COPD的早期识别、病情评估和管理,减轻对患者及社会造成的影响和负担。Recent studies have found that emphysema and airway wall thickness are significantly associated with the decrease of lung function and quality of life,and the increase of acute exacerbation rate and mortality in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Therefore,a large number of studies about emphysema and airway wall thickness in patients with COPD and smokers with preserved pulmonary function have been carried out.After the chest CT examination,the images are imported into special software to quantitatively measure emphysema based on Perc15 and airway wall thickness based on the square root of wall area of a hypothetical airway with internal perimeter of 10mm,etc.,and to analyze the severity,distribution,proportion and clinical relevance of emphysema and airway wall thickness,which can help to assist in the early diagnosis of COPD,guide the selection of clinical treatment options,and assess the patient′s condition and prognosis.It will be beneficial to the early identification,condition assessment and management of COPD,and reduce the impact and burden on patients and society.
