摘 要:目的探究急救模拟人结合情景模拟教学法在心肺复苏教学中的应用。方法采用回顾性调研分析法,选取医院2019年3月-2019年6月期间的84例实习学员作为调研样本,采用随机数字分组法将其分为对照组42例,接受常规实习教学模式;干预组42例,接受急救模拟人结合情景教学模式,对比两组实习学员的教学效果,采用问卷调查、操作考核等措施完成教学效果评估。结果实施教学以后,干预组学员在急救技能掌握程度方面评分相较于对照组学员更高(P<0.05);在教学阶段完成以后,干预组学员在模拟教学效果成效方面优于对照组学员,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论急救模拟人结合情景模式教学法,在对实习学员在心肺复苏教学中能够有效的将理论知识与实践操作结合起来,通过情景模拟的方式,让学生们体会实践,从而提升教学质量。Objective To explore the application of first aid simulator combined with scenario simulation teaching in cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching.Methods From March 2019 to June 2019,a retrospective survey analysis method was used to survey 84 interns in the hospital.They were divided into the control group by shorthand digital grouping method and accepted the routine practice teaching mode.In the intervention group,42 cases were received by the first-aid simulator combined with the situational teaching mode.The teaching effects of the two groups of intern trainees were compared.The questionnaires and operational assessments were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results After the implementation of the teaching,the scores of the first-time skills of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the completion of the teaching stage,the participants in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group in the effectiveness of the simulation teaching.There was a statistically significant difference in data between the groups(P<0.05).Discussion Firstaid simulator combined with scenario mode teaching method can effectively combine the theoretical knowledge with the practical operation in the cardiopulmonary education,and let the students experience the practice through the scenario simulation,thus improving the teaching quality.
