摘　　要：目的分析和探讨介入放射学实践技能评估指标体系。方法选取本校医学影像系2013、2014级共120名学生,测试介入放射学实践技能。结果测试结果与实践技能成绩分析。结果显示,两者之间均具有一定的相关性(P<0.05)。结论介入放射学是介于内外科之间的一门边缘学科,主要是利用影像设备,在人体的血管或皮肤上,通过做数毫米大小的微小通道,将特制的导管等插入到发生病变的部位,进行相应的诊断学造影和治疗,在临床上得到了广泛应用。文章针对当前医学影像学介入放射实践教学的现状,拟在医院五年制影像系医学生中建立介入放射学实践技能考核评估体系,通过界定评价内容、确立评价目标、建立评价指标体系、制定评定标准,建立一套本专业学生介入放射实践技能评估体系,并分析了该体系的可行性和评价的效度、信度。旨在提高学生的实践工作能力,促进实习医院的临床教学工作。Objective To analyze and discuss the evaluation index system of interventional radiology practice skills.Methods A total of 120 students from the 2013 and 2014 grades of the medical imaging department of our school were selected to test their practical skills in interventional radiology.Results Analysis of test results and practical skill scores.The results showed that there was a certain correlation between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional radiology is a marginal discipline between internal medicine and surgery.It mainly uses imaging equipment to insert special catheters into the blood vessels or skin of the human body by making tiny channels several millimeters in size.The corresponding diagnostic imaging and treatment are performed on the parts of the disease,which has been widely used in clinical practice.In view of the current status of interventional radiology practice teaching in medical imaging,the article plans to establish an interventional radiology practice skills assessment system among medical students in the fiveyear hospital imaging department,by defining evaluation content,establishing evaluation objectives,establishing evaluation index systems,and formulating evaluations Standards,establish a set of interventional radiology practice skills evaluation system for students of this major,and analyze the feasibility of the system and the validity and reliability of the evaluation.It aims to improve students'practical work ability and promote clinical teaching in practice hospitals.
