MSCT一站式检查在急性胸腹联合伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT一站式检查与图像后处理在急性胸腹联合伤中的临床应用价值。方法选择2018年2月-2019年11月本院收治的急诊胸腹部联合伤患者80例为研究对象,均使用东芝公司生产的Aquilion型16排螺旋CT,以及惠普公司生产的Vitrea-2工作站进行MSCT一站式检查与图像后。统计MSCT对胸腹联合伤患者不同损伤部位诊断情况,及应用MSCT检查时患者平均检查耗时和获得结果等待时间;比较单纯CT轴位图像与MSCT轴位图像联合后处理对损伤检出情况。结果MSCT一站式检查与图像后诊断与书中所见吻合率达到100%,应用MSCT检查时患者平均检查耗时(10.1±2.1)min,获得结果等待时间(20.3±2.6)min,MSCT轴位图像联合后处理对损伤检出率显著高于单纯CT轴位者(P<0.05)。结论针对急性胸腹联合伤患者实施一站式MSCT检查,耗时短、获得结果快,准确率高,从而未积极救治患者赢得宝贵时间。Objective To explore the clinical application value of MSCT one-stop examination and post-image in acute thoracoabdominal injuries.Methods From February 2018 to November 2019,80 cases with combined thoracic and abdominal injuries admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent MSCT one-stop examination and imaging using Aquilion 16-slice spiral CT manufactured by Toshiba company and Vitrea-2 workstation manufactured by HP Company.Statistical MSCT diagnosis of thoracoabdominal injuries in patients with different injury sites,and the average examination time and waiting time to obtain results when MSCT examination is applied;To compare the detection of damage by combined postprocessing of simple CT axial image and MSCT axial image.Results The coincidence rate between MSCT one-stop examination and post-image diagnosis reached 100%,the average examination time of patients using MSCT was(10.1±2.1)min,and the waiting time for obtaining results was(20.3±2.6)min.the detection rate of MSCT axial image combined with post-processing was significantly higher than that of patients using only CT axial image(P<0.05).Conclusion One-stop MSCT examination for patients with acute thoracoabdominal combined injury is time-consuming,fast in obtaining results and high in accuracy,thus not actively treating patients to win precious time.
