摘　　要：目的本文主要评估Pilon骨折患者在治疗期间应用中药足浴+功能鞋对术后功能产生的影响。方法研究的对象为医院2017年10月-2019年10月期间收治的Pilon骨折患者(n=80),将纳入研究患者随机分为4组:试验组:中药足浴+功能锻炼鞋;对照组一:自己功能锻炼;对照组二:热水足浴+自己功能锻炼;对照组三:热水足浴+功能锻炼鞋,对试验组、对照组一、对照组二、对照组三取得的治疗效果展开组间的分析和对比。结果试验组经中药足浴+功能锻炼鞋联合应用后其治疗优良率比对照组一、对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴+功能鞋应用在Pilon骨折患者的康复治疗中可保障其疗效进一步提升,可保障其术后功能的改善。Objective To evaluate the effect of foot bath and functional shoes on postoperative function in patients with Pilon fracture.Methods A total of 80 Pilon fracture patients were randomly divided into 4 groups:experimental group:foot bath with Chinese medicine+functional exercise shoes;control group:self-functional exercise;control group 2:hot water foot bath+self-function exercise;control group 3:hot water foot bath+functional exercise shoes,to the experimental group,the control group 1,the control group 2,the control group 3,the therapeutic effect of the group analysis and comparison.Results After the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath+functional training shoes,the treatment excellent and good rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group one and the control group three,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine foot bath and functional shoes in the postoperative rehabilitation treatment of Pilon fracture patients can ensure the improvement of curative effect and postoperative function.
