三联疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的慢性盆腔炎是一种慢性疾病,临床中常采用药物进行治疗,文章主要对三联疗法的临床效果进行探究。方法研究选取到我院妇科完成慢性盆腔炎治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,研究对象收入时间为2018年6月-2019年6月,通过信封方法完成全部患者的分组工作,分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用栓剂联合物理疗法完成治疗,试验组患者采用三联疗法,即栓剂、中药、物理疗法,对比两种治疗方法的临床效果,各种症状消失时间,不良反应发生率。结果将两组患者的治疗有效率进行对比,试验组患者的疗效更为显著(P<0.05);两组患者的各临床症状消除时间对比,试验组临床症状消失时间显著较短,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者的不良反应发生率,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用三联疗法完成慢性盆腔炎的治疗,可在临床中获得较为显著的效果,有效消除各项临床表现症状,促进患者康复。Objective Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is a chronic disease,which is often treated with drugs in clinical practice.This article mainly explores the clinical effects of triple therapy.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,a total of 90 patients who underwent gynecological treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were enrolled.The study subjects were enrolled.The enrollment method was used to complete the grouping of all patients.In the control group,the control group was treated with suppository combined with physical therapy.The experimental group used triple therapy,namely suppository,traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy.The clinical effects of the two treatment methods,the disappearance time of various symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared.The efficacy of the experimental group was more significant.The statistical significance was statistically calculated(P<0.05).The clinical symptom elimination time of the two groups was compared.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms was significantly shorter,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of triple therapy to complete the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can obtain more significant effects in the clinical,effectively eliminate various clinical manifestations and promote the recovery of patients.
