摘 要:针对目前膜生物反应器(MBR)污水处理工艺中普遍存在的膜污染控制难题,提出了一种全新膜污染自动控制方法。根据采集到的膜堆静置压力、出口压力、产水流量等历史数据使用Matlab建立膜污染数学模型,使用Stateflow将数学模型转化为PLC功能块,控制系统通过对膜透水率和跨膜压差线性拟合自动分析膜污染增加趋势并运用选择控制和预测控制相结合方法自动调整膜污染清洗方式。对MBR已采集到的1个恢复性清洗(RC)周期内运行数据分析表明:该控制方法比传统膜污染控制方法具有节约人工成本,减少报警停机次数,提高产水稳定性和在线率等优点。Aiming at the problem of membrane fouling control prevailing in the current membrane bioreactor(MBR)wastewater treatment process,a new automatic control method for membrane fouling was proposed.Based on the collected historical data such as the static pressure of the membrane stack,the outlet pressure and the flow rate of the produced water,a mathematical model of membrane fouling was established with Matlab.The mathematical model was converted into a PLC function block by using Stateflow.The increasing trend of membrane fouling was automatically analyzed by linearly fitting membrane water permeability and transmembrane pressure difference,and the membrane fouling cleaning methods were automatically adjusted by using a combination of selective control and predictive control.Analysis of the operating data collected by MBR during one recovery cleaning cycle shows that this control method has the advantages of saving labor costs,reducing the number of alarm shutdowns,improving the stability of water production and the online rate compared with the traditional membrane pollution control method.
