新冠肺炎疫情对湖北汽车产业的影响及对策

摘　　要：采用数据分析和实地调研的方法,分析新冠肺炎疫情对湖北汽车产业造成的影响,结果显示:疫情导致湖北汽车产量明显下降,汽车企业经营更加困难,汽车产业链拓展更加受阻,汽车产业转型升级更加不易。为疫情防控常态化背景下如何高质量发展湖北汽车产业提供对策参考:出台鼓励政策提升湖北汽车产量,通过有针对性的帮扶纾困切实解决汽车企业经营困难,通过数字化转型与智能化水平提升加快汽车产业转型升级,通过技术创新与产业融合提升汽车全产业链价值水平,通过建立激发人才活力的机制解决人才有效供给不足的矛盾。The influence of COVID-19 on Hubei automobile industry was analyzed based on the methods of data analysis and field investigation.The results show that the auto production on Hubei has been significantly reduced,the operation for Hubei auto enterprises has become more difficult,the expansion of Hubei auto industry chain has been more blocked,and the transformation and upgrading of Hubei auto mobile industry has been more difficult.The countermeasures for how to develop Hubei automobile industry with high quality were provided in the context of the normal epidemic prevention and control.Policies can be introduced to encourage Hubei automobile production,targeted assistance and relief can be used to mobile solve the operating difficulties of automobile companies effectively,the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry can be accelerated through the improvement of digital transformation and intelligence,the value level of the entire automotive industry chain can be enhanced through technological innovation and industrial integration,and the contradiction of insufficient supply of talents can be resolved by establishing a mechanism to stimulate the vitality of talents.
