摘  要:针对采煤工作面在回采时粉尘浓度高严重影响作业环境的难题,以马堡煤矿15201工作面为对象,分析煤层在采取注水措施后粉尘浓度的变化。根据煤样物理化学特征,对纯水和密度为0.05%的润湿剂溶液与煤样的接触角进行测定,并优化煤层注水参数。结果证明:实施注水优化方案之后,注水区域煤样的全水分提高2.28%,润湿半径扩大了3.5 m。In view of the difficult problem that the high dust concentration in coal mining face seriously affects the working environment,taking 15201 working face of Mabao Coal Mine as the object,the change of dust concentration in coal seam after taking water injection measures is analyzed.According to the physical and chemical characteristics of coal samples,the contact angle between pure water and wetting agent solution with density of 0.05% and coal sample was determined,and the water injection parameters of coal seam were optimized.After the water injection optimization scheme was implemented,the total water content of coal samples increased by 2.28% and the wetting radius expanded by 3.5 m.
