摘  要:以某公司大型步进式轧钢加热炉为研究对象,利用Fluent流体计算软件对原加热炉炉内隔墙结构及其他两种改造型隔墙结构的温度场、压力场及速度场分布进行模拟,研究隔墙结构对炉内各物理量的影响,优化加热炉炉内隔墙结构且进行生产实践验证。结果表明:原加热炉炉底隔墙阻碍炉膛下部气流的流动,大量气流上翻至上部炉膛;加热炉隔墙结构的优化方案为拆除炉底隔墙(除均热段)并增设炉尾烟道口及预热段处的隔墙;优化的隔墙结构可实现炉内上下气流均匀分配,可使平均炉尾烟气上下温差由原来的200~300℃减至70~80℃。Taking a large-scale walking steel rolling furnace of a certain company as the research object, the Fluent fluid calculation software was used to simulate the temperature field, pressure field and velocity field distribution of the partition wall structure in the original heating furnace and the other two modified partition wall structures.The influence of the partition wall structure on the physical quantities in the furnace was studied. The partition wall structure in the heating furnace was optimized and verified by the production practice. The results show that the partition wall of the original heating furnace obstructs the flow of air flow in the lower part of the furnace, and a large amount of air flow is turned up to the upper furnace;The optimization plan of the partition wall structure of the heating furnace is to remove the furnace bottom partition wall(except for the soaking section) and add furnace exhaust fumes;The optimized partition wall structure can realize the uniform distribution of the upper and lower airflow in the furnace, and the upper and lower temperature difference of average furnace tail flue gas can be reduced from the original 200-300 ℃ to 70-80 ℃.
