摘 要:采用热模拟压缩试验研究Fe-30.79Mn-8.51Al-1.01Si-0.86C-0.49Mo(质量分数)奥氏体基低密度钢在900~1 050℃和0.01~5.00 s-1下的高温压缩变形特征,构建该钢的热加工图。结果表明:该钢的流变应力呈应变与应变率强化和动态再结晶软化特征;形变量、变形温度和应变速率均较低时(20%,950℃,0.01 s-1),该钢出现因显微裂纹产生而致的失稳;中等应变、高变形温度和高应变速率时(40%,1 050℃,5.00 s-1),该钢出现因不均匀塑性变形而致的失稳;用基于动态材料模型和Prasad失稳判据构建的热加工图可预测该钢的形变失稳区。The high temperature compression deformation characteristics of Fe-30.79 Mn-8.51 Al-1.01 Si-0.86 C-0.49 Mo(mass fraction) at 900-1 050 ℃ and 0.01-5.00 s-1 was investigated by thermal simulation compression test, and the hot processing map of the steel was constructed.The results show that the flow stress curves of the steel possesses strain strengthening, strain rate strengthening and dynamic recrystallization softening. The deformation instability caused by the microcracks in the deformation microstructure occurs when the applied deformation strain, temperature and strain rate are all low(20%, 950 ℃,0.01 s-1). Under the deformation condition of medium strain high deformation temperature and high strain rate(40%, 1 050 ℃, 5.00 s-1), deformation instability due to inhomogeneous plastic deformation occurs in the deformation microstructure. The hot processing map constructed based on the dynamic material model theory and Prasad instability criterion can be used to predict the deformation instability region of the steel.
