摘  要:以节节草(Equisetum ramosissimum Desf.)粉末作为实验原料,通过响应曲面设计获得了节节草中多糖的微波辅助提取工艺.利用微波辅助提取节节草中的多糖,选取料液比、微波时间、微波温度3个因素进行单因素实验.结果表明:微波辅助提取节节草多糖的最佳提取工艺为:微波温度50℃,时间16 min,料液比1∶47 g/mL.在此条件下,多糖实际提取率为4.16%,这与软件计算的数学模型预测值相符.The microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Jiejie grass(Equisetum ramosissimum Desf.)powder was optimized by response surface method based on a single factor experiment.Microwave technology to extract polysaccharides from Equisetum ramosissimum Desf.was carried out by single factor experiment with three factors of solid-liquid ratio,microwave time and microwave temperature.The optimal factors of polysaccharides extraction from Equisetum ramosissimum Desf.by microwave-assisted are as follows:the microwave temperature was 50℃,the time was 16 min,and the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶47 g/mL.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 4.16%,which is consistent with the predicted value of the mathematical model.
