摘 要:为了创制辣椒耐冷材料与选育耐冷品种,本研究以分属于5个栽培种的14份辣椒自交系为试验材料,进行4℃冷胁迫处理,测定了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、过氧化氢(H 2 O 2)含量、氧自由基(OFR)产生速率,并对辣椒的耐冷性进行了综合评价。结果表明:在4℃±1℃冷胁迫条件下,POD与SOD、MDA、H 2 O 2间,以及Pro与MDA、H 2 O 2间均存在显著相关性;在4℃胁迫12 h时,SOD、MDA、Pro的变异系数均达到最大值,因此12 h为辣椒冷胁迫处理的适宜时间。利用隶属函数法和聚类分析法,在欧氏距离0.09处将14份辣椒材料分为耐冷(Ⅰ)、中等(Ⅱ)、冷敏(Ⅲ)3个类别,其中5份材料隶属于类别Ⅰ,分别为C.annuum的‘P70’、‘A20’和‘A136’,C.chinense的‘PI241650’,以及C.frutescens‘PI439512’。In order to breed cold-resistant breeding materials and varieties of peppers, 14 inbred lines from 5 cultivated Capsicum species were used as materials and subjected to 4 ℃ cold stress treatment. In this study, we measured the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), content of malondialdehyde(MDA), proline(Pro), hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), production rate of oxygen free radical(OFR) in order to evaluate the cold tolerance of 14 inbred lines. The results showed that under the cold stress of 4 ℃, there was a significant correlation between POD and SOD, MDA, H2O2, and between Pro and MDA, H2O2. The coefficients of variation of MDA, SOD and Pro reached the maximum under the 4 ℃ stress for 12 h. Therefore, 12 h was the appropriate time for cold stress treatment of pepper. The 14 inbred lines were classified into three levels of cold resistance(Ⅰ), intermediate cold resistance(Ⅱ), and cold sensitivity(Ⅲ) at the Euclidean distance of 0.09 by using the subordinate function analysis and the cluster analysis method. Among the 14 inbred lines, 5 inbred lines were cold resistant(Ⅰ), including C. annuum ’P70’, ’A20’, ’A136’, C. chinense ’PI241650’ and C. frutescens ’PI439512’.
