陕南秦巴集中连片特困区全域旅游可持续发展评价研究

摘　　要：基于陕南3市2010~2018年统计数据,从旅游经济子系统、旅游环境子系统和社会发展支持子系统3个方面构建了可持续发展评价指标体系,运用熵权法确定指标权重,使用综合指数法计算研究区全域旅游可持续发展综合指数,结果表明:(1)从时序特征演变来看,陕南3市全域旅游可持续发展指数总体稳步上升,特别是2016年以来,3市的发展指数都出现了大幅增加;(2)从空间变化特征来看,汉中市可持续发展水平2018年达到0.85,步入旅游可持续发展阶段,安康市(0.75)和商洛市(0.81)进入基本可持续发展阶段;(3)陕南3市未来旅游发展要以合作共建大秦岭人文生态旅游度假圈为目标,从共同加强基础设施投入、提高景区质量角度来提升区域全域旅游可持续发展水平。Based on the 2010~2018 statistical data of three cities in southern Shaanxi,the evaluation index system of sustainable development was constructed from economic subsystem,tourism environment subsystem and social development support subsystem,and the comprehensive index of sustainable development was calculated by entropy weight method and comprehensive index method.The results showed that:(1)From the perspective of the evolution of time series characteristics,the sustainable development index of tourism in the three cities of southern Shaanxi had increased steadily,especially since 2016,the development indexes of the three cities had increased significantly.(2)From the perspective of spatial change characteristics,the sustainable development level of Hanzhong City reached 0.85 in 2018 and entered the stage of tourism sustainable development,while Ankang City(0.75)and Shangluo City(0.81)entered the stage of basic sustainable development.(3)The future tourism development of the three cities in southern Shaanxi should take the cooperation and construction of the great Qinling cultural and ecological tourism resort as the goal,and enhance the sustainable development level of regional tourism from the perspective of jointly strengthening infrastructure investment and improving the quality of scenic spots.
