摘 要:目的探讨TBL联合纠错式教学法在神经系统查体教学中的应用效果。方法采用实验-对照方法,选取西安交通大学2014级临床医学五年制54名学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用TBL联合纠错式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。实习结束时,比较两组的神经系统查体理论及操作考核成绩。采用自编问卷调查两组学生对教学方法的评价。结果实验组理论成绩(90.16±6.11)分及操作考核成绩(91.27±5.91)分均高于对照组理论成绩(84.33±8.89)分和操作考核成绩(83.21±7.31)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果示,实验组在提高学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力、掌握神经系统查体细节、提高沟通交流能力、提高团队协作能力、加强理论知识理解和记忆、增加学习积极性及自信心、提高学习效率方面,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TBL联合纠错式教学法能够提高神经系统查体的理论及操作水平,学生的满意度较高,可以尝试在神经系统查体教学中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of TBL combined error correction teaching method in the neurological examination teaching.Methods 54 students of Grade 2014 in the five-year clinical medical programme from Xi'an Jiaotong University were chosen and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted TBL combined with error correction teaching method,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.The scores of neurological examination and operation exams of the two groups were compared after the internship,and self-made questionnaire was used to collect students'evaluation towards different teaching methods.Results The test results of theory and operation in the experimental group(90.16±6.11 and 91.27±5.91)were higher than those in the control group(84.33±8.89 and 83.21±7.31),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group has higher scores than the control group in improving learning interest,boosting self-learning ability,mastering the details of neurological examination,developing communication ability and teamwork ability,enhancing theoretical knowledge understanding and memory,strengthening learning enthusiasm and self-confidence,and improving learning efficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL combined with error correction teaching method can improve the theory and operation level of neurological examination,and students'satisfaction is high.It can be further promoted in the teaching of neurological examination.
