海外NGO组织在中国的发展规律及管理策略研究

摘　　要：当前,中国处于国家地位的上升期,随着经济水平和综合国力的提升,其他国家开始对中国以朋友的形式相处。改革开放以来,我国坚持“走出去”和“引进来”相结合的策略,促进国家间的合作。在针对海外NGO组织的管理方面,我国制定合理规划,坚持友好的和平共处原则,以实现合作双方的共赢。我们应对目前在我国处于活动状态下的海外NGO组织的活动目标以及活动形式进行分析,规划出完善的管理体系,加强对海外NGO组织的管理。论文针对海外NGO组织在中国的发展规律及管理进行探究。At present,China is in the rising period of national status.With the improvement of economic level and comprehensive national strength,other countries begin to get along with China in the form of friends.Since the reform and opening up,China has adhered to the strategy of combining"going out"and"bringing in"to promote cooperation among countries.In terms of the management of overseas NGOs,China formulates reasonable plans and adheres to the principle of friendly and peaceful coexistence,so as to achieve win-win cooperation between the two sides.We should analyze the objectives and forms of the activities of overseas NGOs that are active in China at present,and plan a perfect management system to strengthen the management of overseas NGOs.This paper explores the development law and management of overseas NGOs in China.
