基于FCE的港口集群共生绩效评价

摘　　要：港口集群的迅猛发展,逐步形成了连接各个港口企业共生网络,然而对港口集群的发展起到决定作用的是集群的共生绩效。因此,对集群企业的共生绩效评价做出评价具有重要意义。论文采用模糊综合评价法(FCE)对集群企业共生绩效做出评价,在此基础上,结合港口集群发展的特点及评价结果,探究影响港口集群绩效的因素。最后,得出推动集群发展的方法,促进港口集群的发展。The rapid development of port cluster has gradually formed a symbiotic network connecting various port enterprises,but the symbiotic performance of the cluster plays a decisive role in the development of port cluster.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the symbiotic performance evaluation of cluster enterprises.This paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)to evaluate the symbiotic performance of cluster enterprises.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the development of port cluster and the evaluation results,it explores the factors affecting the performance of port cluster.Finally,the method of promoting the development of the cluster is given to promote the development of the port cluster.
