城镇居民医疗保险制度的优化策略分析

摘　　要：全民医保政策是一项惠民政策,城镇居民医疗保险作为全民医保的重要组成内容,以城镇居民作为主要的参保对象,其作为公益性保险政策,主要是为参保人提供医疗保障。为了进一步提高城镇居民医疗保险的覆盖范围,需要对其进行不断完善和优化。论文分析了城镇医疗保险制度的现状,并进一步对城镇居民医疗保险制度的优化策略进行了阐述。The national medical insurance policy is a policy that benefits the people.As an important component of the national medical insurance,the medical insurance for urban residents is mainly insured by urban residents.As a public welfare insurance policy,it is mainly to provide medical security for the insured.In order to further improve the coverage of urban residents'medical insurance,it is necessary to constantly improve and optimize it.This paper analyzes the present situation of the urban medical insurance system and further expounds the optimization strategy of the urban residents'medical insurance system.
