摘　　要：线材轧制生产中对水的处理是十分必要的,水处理系统由净水池、浊水池、泥浆池、旋流池、冷却风机、高压提升泵、供水泵、一体化过滤器等多种设备组成。论文利用S7-300PLC系统对水处理一体化过滤器进行自动化改造,取消水处理人工操作,用WinCC、PLC来实现过滤器的全自动控制与远程监控,提高水质处理效果和降低成本。It is necessary to treat water in wire rod rolling production.The water treatment system consists of clean water tank,turbid water tank,mud pool,swirl pool,cooling fan,high-pressure lifting pump,water supply pump,integrated filter and other equipment.In this paper,S7-300PLC system is used to automate the transformation of the integrated water treatment filter,and the manual operation of water treatment is cancelled.WinCC and PLC are used to realize the automatic control and remote monitoring of the filter,so as to improve the effect of water treatment and reduce the cost.
