摘 要:近年来,在我国的财险保费中机动车辆保险所占比重逐年增加,而客户的续保率受到各种因素的影响。论文主要利用收集的65535位客户资料,根据我国现行机动车辆保险的定价实务,从定量角度分析加入从人因素对于我国机动车辆续保率的影响,运用层次分析法和逐步回归等方法,选取重要的客户驾驶习惯信息,结合车辆因素对比,建立数学模型,分析这些因素对车险销售效率的影响程度,对提高客户续保率提供可行性建议。In recent years,the proportion of motor vehicle insurance in China's property insurance premiums has increased year by year,but the renewal of insurance for customers is affected by various factors.Based on the collected data of 65535 customers,and according to the current pricing practice of motor vehicle insurance in China,this paper quantitatively analyzes the influence of human factors on the renewal rate of motor vehicles in China.Through using analytic hierarchy process and stepwise regression method,the paper selects important customer driving habits information,and combined with vehicle factors comparison,the paper establishes a mathematical model,analyzes the impact of these factors on the sales efficiency of vehicle insurance,and provides feasible suggestions for improving the customer renewal rate.
