摘　　要：女性是一个企业工作队伍中的重要组成部分,为了保证企业可以正常发展,内部管理者应该重视女职工的素质培养,这是企业得以达到可持续发展的根本所在。论文立足企业工作角度,分析了传统背景下,企业女职工素质提升形式,研究了新时代背景下企业女职工素质提升途径,希望能提供一定的参考。Women are an important part of the work force of an enterprise,in order to ensure the normal development of the enterprise,internal managers should pay attention to the quality training of female workers,which is the fundamental of enterprise to achieve sustainable development.Based on the perspective of enterprise work,this paper analyzes the form of improving the quality of female employees in traditional background,and studies the ways to improve the quality of female employees in the new era,hoping to provide some reference.
