摘 要:为确保大高宽比高层剪力墙结构的抗震安全,应对高层剪力墙结构进行抗震性能和结构抗倾覆能力分析。针对强震区某大高宽比高层剪力墙结构,基于抗震性能分析方法开展不同地震水准下剪力墙结构抗震分析,基于延性设计对中震作用下底部加强区剪力墙进行等效拉应力分析,同时对桩基性能以及提高结构抗倾覆能力的技术措施效果进行分析。通过分析得到,小震作用下结构位移角满足规范要求,对于大高宽比剪力墙结构增大结构中下部刚度可有效提高结构的抗侧能力;中震作用下大高比高层剪力墙结构底部加强区的剪力墙等效拉应力较大,为提高结构延性应对墙肢采取增加配筋或设置型钢;大震作用下结构塑性发展明显区域位于结构底部,结构达到大震性能点后仍能保持承载能力;中震作用下部分桩基抗拔力较大,提出了在结构地下室短向增加剪力墙和桩基的技术措施,该技术措施可以有效的改善结构整体抗倾覆能力。本文分析可为大高宽比高层剪力墙结构的抗震性能与抗倾覆分析提供参考。In order to ensure seismic safety of high-rise shear wall structure with large aspect ratio,seismic performance and overturning resistance analysis of shear wall structure should be developed.Seismic performance analysis of high-rise shear wall structure with large aspect ratio is developed under different earthquake level action.Shear wall equivalent tensile stress is analyzed under moderate earthquake based on ductility design method.At end,the pile performance state and the technical measures proposed in order to ensure overturning safety of shear wall structure are studied.The results indicate that:the story drift angle of high-rise shear wall structure under small earthquake action is satisfied,and the capability of resisting lateral deformation can be effectively improved by amplified structure stiffness of moderate and bottom zone.In order to improve shear wall structure ductility,the measures about section steel and increase reinforced are adopt when shear wall tensile stress is larger under moderate earthquake action.Serve damage position of highrise shear wall structure is located in bottom zone,and the capacity ability of high-rise shear wall structure can be satisfied under large earthquake action.Because of lager tension state of pile under moderate earthquake action,the measures about increase shear wall and pile of structure basement ares proposed,which can effectively improve structure overturning resistance ability.The research provides a basis for seismic performance analysis about high-rise shear wall structure with large aspect ratio.
