摘　　要：开发了黏胶、涤纶、羊毛3种组分的紧密混纺纱。黏胶、涤纶通过散纤维方式混合,黏胶、涤条与毛条在并条工序混合,最后以AB两组分喂入细纱机纺成细纱。介绍了纱线规格和原料选择,确立了纺纱工艺流程,探讨了主要工序的工艺配置及技术措施。最后成功纺制出符合要求的黏胶/涤纶/羊毛70/22/8 28 tex AB纱。The compact blended yarn with three components such as viscose/polyester/wool is studied and developed. Viscose and polyester are mixed through loose fibers,viscose,polyester sliver and wool are mixed in the drawing process,and finally the two components are fed into the spinning frame and spun into spun yarn. The yarn specifications and raw material selection are introduced,the spinning process is established,and the process configuration and technical measures of the main processes are discussed. Finally,the required viscose/polyester/wool AB yarn of 70/22/8 28 tex is successfully spun.
