护理干预对糖尿病合并白内障术后疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的研究护理干预对糖尿病合并白内障术后疗效的影响。方法以2017年12月-2019年2月该院收治的116例糖尿病合并白内障患者为研究对象,采取随机的方式将116例糖尿病合并白内障患者分为对应组与观察组两个组别,每组58例患者,对对应组58例患者实施常规护理干预,对观察组58例患者实施优质护理干预,以术后疗效、并发症发生率、护理满意度为具体指标,分析护理干预的具体影响。结果观察组患者的术后疗效优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者共有3例出现并发症,并发症发生率为5.17%,对应组患者共有15例出现并发症,并发症发生率为25.86%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对应组患者的护理满意度低于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对糖尿病合并白内障术后疗效存在着积极的影响,因此应在临床实践中对优质护理干预进行推广、普及。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the curative effect of diabetes mellitus combined with cataract surgery.Methods 116 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cataract admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.116 patients with diabetes complicated with cataract were randomly divided into two groups;corresponding group and observation group.58 patients in each group were given routine nursing intervention to 58 patients in the corresponding group,and 58 patients in the observation group were given routine nursing intervention.The patients were given high quality nursing intervention.The specific indicators were the curative effect,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of nursing.The specific effects of nursing intervention were analyzed.Postoperative efficacy can be divided into four sub-indicators:effective,ineffective and total effective.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 3 complications in the observation group,and the incidence of complications was 5.17%.There were 15 complications in the corresponding group,and the incidence of complications was 25.86%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the corresponding group was lower than that of the control group.Observation group patients,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention has a positive effect on the effect of diabetes mellitus with cataract surgery.It can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the effect of surgery,high-quality nursing intervention should be promoted and popularized in clinical practice.
