摘 要:目的观察研究胰岛素泵与小剂量胰岛素对糖尿病酮症酸中毒的治疗的临床效果。方法选择该院在2018年5月-2019年5月期间收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者96例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各48例,观察组采用胰岛素泵治疗,对照组采用小剂量胰岛素治疗;对两组患者的治疗后空腹和餐后2 h血糖,尿酮体阴转时间、血糖达标时间和胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组,观察组胰岛素用量明显少于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者尿酮体阴转时间及血糖达标时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率6.25%明显低于对照组的43.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用胰岛素泵治疗,降糖效果更快更好,低血糖发生率低,更为安全,病情稳定。Objective To observe the clinical effect of insulin pump and low dose insulin on diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods96 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with insulin pump,while the control group was treated with low dose insulin;the patients in the two groups were treated with fasting and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose,urine ketone body negative turning time,blood glucose reaching standard time and pancreas pancreas blood glucose The dosage of islandin and the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the insulin dosage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of urine ketone body negative turning and blood glucose reaching standard in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 6.25%lower than 43.75%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of insulin pump on diabetic ketoacidosis is faster and better,the incidence of hypoglycemia is lower,it is safer and the condition is stable.
