CT诊断糖尿病合并肺结核患者的影像学特征分析

摘　　要：目的进行CT诊断糖尿病合并肺结核患者的影像学特征分析。方法选择2019年4月-2020年3月接受治疗的60例糖尿病合并肺结核患者作为研究对象进行观察,对照组人数以及观察组人数各60例,观察患者的发病部位、病变范围以及血糖特征。结果可以看出糖尿病合并肺结核患者的血糖指标水平变化更加显著,餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清C肽等血糖指标数据变化范围更广,观察组肺前部或下叶基底段(58.33%)、两叶及两叶以上(58.33%)、累及双肺(91.67%)、上叶尖后段或下叶背段(91.67%),明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组多发空洞(20.00%)、斑片状融合高密度影(50.00%)、单发空洞(16.67%)、支气管播散灶(58.33%),明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CT诊断糖尿病合并肺结核患者效果相对明显,临床应用价值较高,可以对患者的病症状况、表现进行较为仔细的检测,从而使患者得到有效的救治。Objective To analyze the imaging features of patients diagnosed with diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis by CT.Methods Sixty patients with diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis who received treatment from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research object.The number of the control group and the observation group were 60 each,and the patients’morbidity,pathological range and blood glucose characteristics were observed.Results Can be seen that diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis patients with changes in blood sugar levels even more significant,postprandial 2 h blood glucos e,fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum C peptide and blood sugar index data changes is wider in observation group the front of the lung or lower lobe basal segment(58.33%),two leaves and leaf(58.33%),involving more than two pairs of lung(91.67%),on the tip in the back or the back(91.67%),significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Multiple cavitation(20.00%),patch-like fusion of high-density shadows(50.00%),single cavitation(16.67%),and bronchial diffusion foci(58.33%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CT The diagnosis of patients with diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis is relatively obvious,and the clinical application value is relatively high.The patient’s condition and performance can be tested more carefully,so that the patient can be effectively treated.
