联合测定血清谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体、胰岛素自身抗体、胰岛细胞抗体对糖尿病的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的分析联合测定血清谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GAD-Ab)、胰岛素自身抗体(IAA)、胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)对糖尿病的诊断价值。方法于2017年5月-2019年5月选取该院收治的Ⅰ型糖尿病患者42例归入A组,选取同期收治的2型糖尿病患者42例归入B组,选取同期健康体检者42名作为对照组,比较3组的GAD-Ab、IAA、ICA检测结果。结果3组间GAD-Ab、IAA、ICA阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A组的GAD-Ab、IAA、ICA阳性率(69.05%、23.81%、40.48%)高于B组(14.29%、11.90%、16.67%)和对照组(0.00%、0.00%、2.38%)(P<0.05),B组的GAD-Ab、IAA、ICA阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);3组间的GAD-Ab+IAA+ICA检测阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A组的GAD-Ab+IAA+ICA检测阳性率(92.86%)高于B组(30.95%)和对照组(2.38%)(P<0.05),B组的GAD-Ab+IAA+ICA检测阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合测定GAD-Ab、IAA、ICA可为医师鉴别糖尿病分型、明确患者病情提供重要的参考依据。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum GAD-Ab,IAA and ICA in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,42 patients with typeⅠdiabetes admitted to the hospital were included in group A,42 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in the same period were included in group B,and 42 healthy patients in the same period were selected as the control group.GAD-Ab,IAA and ICA test results of the three groups were compared.Results The GAD-Ab,IAA,ICA positive rates were significantly different among the three groups(P<0.05).The GAD-Ab,IAA,ICA positive rates(69.05%,23.81%,40.48%)in group A were higher than those in group B(14.29%,11.90%,16.67%)and the control group(0.00%,0.00%,2.38%)(P<0.05),while the GAD-Ab,IAA,ICA positive rates in group B were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The GAD-Ab+IAA+ICA positive rate was significantly different among the three groups(P<0.05),and the GAD-Ab+IAA+ICA positive rate(92.86%)in group A was higher than that in group B(30.95%)and control group(2.38%)(P<0.05),while the GAD-Ab+IAA+ICA positive rate in group B was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GAD-Ab,IAA and ICA can provide important reference for doctors to distinguish diabetes types and diagnose patients’conditions.
