摘　　要：目的探究不同抗血小板药物联合低分子肝素对糖尿病合并脑梗死的治疗效果,并对其应用价值予以评估。方法选择该院2017年10月-2019年9月期间收治的糖尿病合并脑梗死患者(n=66)为研究对象,根据单盲分组法进行1:1比例分组。参照组应用奥扎格雷联合低分子肝素对患者施以治疗,观察组应用氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素对患者施以治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和血糖水平。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为93.9%,明显高于参照组的75.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.243,P=0.039)。结论联合氯吡格雷与低分子肝素方式治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死疾病,可有效提高临床治疗的效果,对于控制患者血糖水平具有积极意义。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of different antiplatelet drugs combined with low molecular weight heparin on diabetic cerebral infarction and evaluate its application value.Methods Patients admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to September 2019(n=66)were selected as subjects,and 1:1 ratio grouping was performed according to the single blind grouping method.The reference group was treated with Ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin.The observation group was treated with clopidogrel combined with low molecular weight heparin.The clinical treatment effect and blood glucose level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.9%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 75.8%in the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.243,P=0.039).Conclusion Combined clopidogrel and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of diabetes with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.It has positive significance for controlling blood sugar level of patients.
