摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者用延续性护理干预后对其生活质量的影响。方法抽取佛山市第一人民医院禅城医院门急诊收治的2型糖患者尿病60例作为研究对象,研究时段:2018年4月-2019年6月,随机分两组(对照组、观察组)。对照组30例用常规护理,基于此,观察组30例增加延续性护理,对比血糖水平、健康知识认知率、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果观察组血糖水平低于对照组,且并发症发生率3.3%低于对照组26.67%(P<0.05);观察组健康知识认知率96.7%高于对照组76.7%,且生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者采用延续性护理干预,既可降低患者血糖水平、提高健康知识认知率,又能减少并发症发生率、提高生活质量,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the outpatient and emergency department of chancheng hospital,the first people’s hospital of foshan city were randomly divided into 2 groups(control group and observation group)from April 2018 to June 2019.In the control group,30 patients received routine nursing care.Based on this,30 patients in the observation group received continuous nursing care,and blood glucose level,health knowledge awareness rate,complication rate and quality of life were compared.Results The blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the complication rate of 3.3%was lower than that of the control group by 26.67%(P<0.05).The recognition rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 96.7%higher than that in the control group 76.7%,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes can not only reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve the awareness rate of health knowledge,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
