摘　　要：目的探讨评价在糖尿病酸中毒护理中实施液体复苏护理的重要性。方法以该院2018年9月-2019年9月收治的108例糖尿病酸中毒为例展开研究,依据患者入院单双号将其均分为常规组(54例)以及观察组(54例)。常规组采取一般护理,观察组采取液体复苏护理,分析应用价值。结果观察组护理满意率高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组躯体疼痛、生命力、情感状况、社会功能及身体健康等评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组每日补液量少于常规组,二次复苏率以及多器官功能衰竭综合征发生率低于常规组(P<0.05),观察组肺水肿发生率低于常规组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在糖尿病酸中毒护理中应用液体复苏护理,能够强化复苏效果,改善患者预后,提高生活质量。Objective To evaluate the importance of liquid resuscitation nursing in diabetic acidosis nursing.Methods 108 cases of diabetic acidosis admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were studied,and they were divided into routine group(54 cases)and observation group(54 cases).General nursing was adopted in the routine group and liquid resuscitation nursing was adopted in the observation group.To analyze the application value.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the physical pain,vitality,emotional status,social function and physical health of the observation group were all higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);In the conventional group,the rate of secondary resuscitation and multiple organ failure syndrome were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the incidence of pulmonary edema in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of liquid resuscitation nursing in diabetic acidosis nursing can strengthen the effect of resuscitation,improve the prognosis of patients,improve the quality of life.
