介入护理在急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨介入治疗期间对急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者行护理干预的临床效果。方法选取该院在2018年7月-2019年7月之间收治的50例急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分组,其中对照组25例给予常规护理,观察组25例给予系统性护理,比较两组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖,对比两组并发症发生情况。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均高于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率4.0%明显低于对照组24.0%,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者行介入治疗期间给予其系统性护理,可显著改善其血糖水平,降低并发症发生率,可见该护理方法在临床上的安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction and diabetes mellitus during interventional therapy.Methods The selected in July 2018 to July 2019 were 50 cases of acute myocardial infarction between patients with diabetes mellitus as the research object,according to random number table method group,including 25 cases were given routine nursing care,observation group 25 cases given systemic nursing,comparing two groups of fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose 2 h,compared two groups of complications.Results Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.0%lower than that in the control group(24.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes during interventional therapy can significantly improve their blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of complications,indicating that this nursing method is clinically safe and has the value of promotion.
