社区糖尿病护理综合干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析评价社区糖尿病护理综合干预方法的实施效果。方法该次以该社区医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的96例糖尿病患者作为研究的对象,以随机抽样分组法分成两组,其中对照组48例采取常规护理方法,观察组48例则采取社区糖尿病护理综合干预方法,进一步对两组护理效果进行分析评价。结果①在空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白3项血糖指标水平方面,护理前均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组和对照组对比均显著更低(P<0.05)。②观察组护理总满意度的95.83%,和对照组的66.67%对比显著要高(P<0.05)。结论社区糖尿病患者给予社区糖尿病护理综合干预方法的效果显著,能够促进患者血糖水平的改善,并促进患者护理服务满意度的提升。Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of community diabetes nursing comprehensive intervention.Methods 96 diabetic patients admitted to the community hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random sampling and grouping method,48 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing method,48 cases in the observation group were treated with comprehensive intervention method of community diabetes nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was further analyzed and evaluated.Results 1.There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the data between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).2.In terms of total nursing satisfaction,95.83%in the observation group was significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion according to the community diabetes patients,the comprehensive intervention method of community diabetes nursing can improve the blood sugar level of the patients,and improve the satisfaction of the patients with the nursing service.
