观察综合护理在妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病围手术期患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的对综合护理在妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病围手术期患者中的应用效果进行分析。方法随机将2018年5月-2019年5月收治64例妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者分为对照组与研究组,分别采取常规护理、综合护理,对比护理效果。结果研究组护理总满意度、生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病围手术期患者中发挥着重要的意义,在提高护理满意度的同时,也提高了患者的生活质量,利于患者预后。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in gynecological cancer patients with diabetes during perioperative period.Methods 64 patients with gynecological tumors and diabetes mellitus admitted from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,and routine nursing and comprehensive nursing were taken to compare the nursing effects.Results The total satisfaction and quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the data differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing plays an important role in perioperative patients with gynecologic tumors and diabetes.While improving nursing satisfaction,it also improves the quality of life of patients,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
