摘　　要：目的研究泌尿外科疾病合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理措施及效果。方法选取2018年7月-2019年7月在该院接受手术治疗的106例伴有糖尿病的泌尿疾病患者,按照手术先后顺序分为两组,实验组(n=53)予以围术期全面护理干预,参照组(n=53)予以常规护理措施,对比两组患者的并发症发生率、血糖指标以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者的并发症发生率为3.77%,低于参照组的20.75%;实验组患者围术期的血糖水平控制效果优于参照组;实验组护理满意度平均分数显著高于参照组;组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在伴有糖尿病的泌尿疾病患者围术期,实施全面护理干预,可有效减少相关并发症,并可较好的控制血糖水平,同时也能使护理满意度得到有效提升。Objective To study the perioperative nursing measures and effects of patients with urological diseases and diabetes.Methods A total of 106 patients with diabetes and urinary diseases who underwent surgical treatment from July 2018 to July 2019 in the hospital from were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of surgery.The experimental group(n=53)was given a comprehensive perioperative period.For nursing intervention,the reference group(n=53)was given conventional nursing measures,and the incidence of complications,blood glucose indicators,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of patients in the experimental group was 3.77%,which was lower than 20.75%in the reference group.The perioperative blood glucose level control effect was better in the experimental group than in the reference group.The average score of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,difference in contrast between groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of patients with urinary disease accompanied by diabetes,comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce related complications and better control blood sugar levels.It can also effectively improve nursing satisfaction.
