摘　　要：目的探讨肝病合并糖尿病患者行营养护理对脂肪、糖类摄入的效果分析。方法2016年6月-2017年6月间选择50例肝病合并糖尿病患者作为对照组,予以常规基础护理干预;2018年6月-2019年6月间选择50例肝病合并糖尿病患者作为研究组,予以常规基础护理联合营养护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后营养指标、肝功能指标、血糖指标。结果研究组干预后的Hb、ALB、PA、Ca2+、TSF均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后的GPT、GOP、TBIL、TP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组干预后的FBG、2 hPBG、HbAlc均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予肝病合并糖尿病患者实施营养护理干预措施,可以有效改善机体的脂肪、糖类摄入效果,以有效控制机体血糖水平,在临床工作中值得加强应用。Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional care on fat and sugar intake in patients with liver disease and diabetes.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,50 patients with liver disease and diabetes were selected as the control group,and routine basic nursing intervention was given;from June 2018 to June 2019,50 patients with liver disease and diabetes were selected as the research group,and were given Routine basic nursing combined with nutrition nursing intervention.The nutritional index,liver function index and blood glucose index of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results The Hb,ALB,PA,Ca2+,TSF of the research group after intervention were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);GPT,GOP,TBIL,TP after intervention of the two groups were not statistically different Significance(P>0.05);FBG,2 hPBG,HbAlc after intervention in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of nutritional care for patients with liver disease and diabetes can effectively improve the intake of fat and sugar in the body,and effectively control the blood sugar level of the body.It is worth strengthening in clinical work.
